Installation Instructions:

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Export:
   • X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
   • (If you use the mod folder function of OpenIV, the location is X:\Grand Theft Auto V\MODS\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml)
3. Open the dlclist.xml file with Notepad and add the following line:

   dlcpacks:\Coastline\

4. Save and replace the dlclist.xml file.
5. Using OpenIV, export:
   • X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta
   • (If you use the mod folder function of OpenIV, the location is X:\Grand Theft Auto V\MODS\update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta)
6. Open the extratitleupdatedata.meta file with Notepad and add the following lines:

   dlc_ Coastline:/
   update:/dlc_ patch/Coastline/

7. Save and replace the extratitleupdatedata.meta file.
