Installation Instructions:

Step 1:
Extract the "ocnrrvn100" folder from the downloaded archive.

Step 2:
Place the "ocnrrvn100" folder in "Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks".

Step 3:
Export "dlclist.xml" from "Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data" using OpenIV. Open the file with a text editor and add the following line to the end:

dlcpacks:/ocnrrvn100/

Step 4:
Import the edited "dlclist.xml" file back into the original path using OpenIV.
