Install Instructions:

1. Navigate to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks

2. Create a new folder named "tantrumf9" and drag the file dlc.rpf into this folder.

3. Next, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data

4. Edit the file dlclist.xml and add the line: "dlcpacks:/tantrumf9/"
