1. Place the folder: Extract and place the folder named rxvgt3 in [Game Folder]\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2. Extract dlclist.xml: Use OpenIV to extract [Game Folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
3. Edit dlclist.xml: Open the extracted dlclist.xml using Notepad and add the line: dlcpacks:\rxvgt3\
4. Save and replace: Save the edited dlclist.xml and use OpenIV to replace it back into the game folder.

Once installed, you can use any trainer to spawn the car with the spawn name: rxvgt3. Enjoy your ride!
