This mod introduces an enhanced version of the Vapid Scout, available in various law enforcement variants. Model improvements are shared with the civilian version of the Vapid Scout, making it a comprehensive and realistic addition to the game.

Each variant comes with accurate liveries, lighting setups, and interior equipment. Here are some specific features:

• Law enforcement variants: Accurate liveries, lighting setups, interior equipment, and wobbling antennae.
• LSPD and LSSD: New lightbar modeled closely on the Federal Signal Arjent S2 used on LAPD/LASD vehicles.
• Custom LED-based lighting setup.
• Door trim and Power Metal branded pushbar with working red side lights (LSSD).
• Glass/3D-meshed prisoner partition and dummy passenger door cards.
• 8 liveries for LSPD, 6 liveries featuring either white or black body pillars for LSSD.
• Extra parts: Lightbar-mounted ALPR and speed radar.

All basic vehicle functions are supported, including breaking glass, dirt mapping, and multiple Level of Details (LOD).

Installation Steps

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder or create it in the GTA V root folder if you don't have it.
3. Create a series of folders inside 'mods': update/x64/dlcpacks/vscoutpol
4. Move the provided dlc.rpf inside "vscoutpol".
5. Leave the 'mods' folder and locate 'dlclist.xml':
• GTA V/update/update.rpf/common/data
6. Enable 'edit mode' and when OpenIV prompts you to copy the whole catalog to 'mods' folder, do it.
7. Add the following line:
• dlcpacks:/vscoutpol/
8. If done correctly, the pack should be ready to use.
