Installation Steps:

1. Download the mod files and extract them to a convenient location on your computer.
2. Open OpenIV and ensure you have 'Edit Mode' enabled.
3. Navigate to the GTA V update folder located at: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Create a new folder within the dlcpacks directory named C2017.
5. Copy the extracted mod files into the newly created C2017 folder.
6. Next, navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data in OpenIV.
7. Find and edit the dlclist.xml file.
8. Add the following line of code within the <Paths> section:
   <Item>dlcpacks:/C2017/</Item>
9. Save and close the dlclist.xml file.
10. Launch GTA V and use a trainer or mod menu to spawn the vehicle using the name C2017.
