Installation Steps:

1. Download and install OpenIV from OpenIV.
2. Open OpenIV and enable 'Edit mode'.
3. Copy the '1975cadillac' folder to the following directory: Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
4. Edit the dlclist.xml file in Mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and add the following line: dlcpacks:\1975cadillac\
5. Save the changes and close OpenIV.
6. Launch GTA 5 and use a trainer to spawn the car by typing: 1975cadillac.
