Installation Steps:

1. Extract the 599xxevo folder and place it into the following path: X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Open OpenIV and navigate to: X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
3. Export the dlclist.xml file and open it with Notepad.
4. Add the following line to the file:

dlcpacks:\599xxevo\

5. Save the changes and replace the original file.
6. Use a car modifier to spawn the vehicle in the game with the name: 599xxevo
