   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Use OpenIV to extract the following file:

   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

   Open it with a text editor like Notepad, and add the following line:

   dlcpacks:\dvc63darwin\

   Save the changes and replace the original file using OpenIV.
3. You can use Simple Trainer to spawn the car by typing its name: dvc63darwin.
