Installation Steps:

1. Unpack the .zip file and drag the dragqueen folder into your mods folder.
2. Add the line: dlcpacks:/dragqueen/ to dlclist.xml in update.rpf in the mods folder.
3. The vehicle can be spawned using the name: dragqueen
