This mod introduces an Animal Control Truck based on the Vapid Contender, along with an animal control officer. It enhances your GTA 5 experience by adding a specialized vehicle with various features and a dedicated pedestrian component.

Installation for Singleplayer:

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the mods folder.
3. Move the provided "kennel" folder inside:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
4. Locate "dlclist.xml" in:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Open "dlclist.xml" and add the following line at the bottom:
dlcpacks:/kennel/
6. If done correctly, the mod should be ready to use.
