1. Navigate to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Extract dlclist.xml and add the following line:

         <Item>dlcpacks:\w463\</Item>
       

3. Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Create a folder named w463 and add the included dlc.rpf file to this folder.

SPAWN: Use w463 for the regular version and w463h for the Hamann version.
