Installation Steps:

1. Navigate to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Extract the dlclist.xml file and add the following line:
   dlcpacks:\sjcop1\
3. Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Create a folder named sjcop1 and add the included dlc.rpf file.

To spawn the vehicle: Use the command sjcop1
