Installation Steps:

1. Navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" and create a new folder named "mbc63". Place the "dlc.rpf" file inside this folder.
2. Export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop using OpenIV. Open the file with a text editor and add the following line at the end:
dlcpacks:\mbc63\
3. Import "dlclist.xml" back to the aforementioned path using OpenIV.
4. You're done! Use any trainer to spawn the car.
