Installation Steps:

2. Extract Files: Use a file extraction tool to extract the downloaded files.
3. Open OpenIV: Launch OpenIV and navigate to the GTA V directory.
4. Enable Edit Mode: Click on "Edit Mode" at the top of OpenIV to enable edits.
5. Add Files: Navigate to 'mods/update/x64/dlcpacks' and copy the extracted 'glc200' folder into this directory.
6. Edit dlclist.xml: Go to 'mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml' and add the new line: <Item>dlcpacks:/glc200/</Item> before saving.
7. Launch GTA V: Start the game and use a trainer or mod menu to spawn the vehicle by typing "glc200".
