1. Navigate to mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles
2. Replace the corresponding files

Add-On Method

1. Drag the "24telluridesxp" folder to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2. Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
3. Right-click on dlclist.xml and select edit
4. Add the line:
   dlcpacks:/24telluridesxp/
