Installation Steps:

1. Copy the LSV folder to the following path: X:\Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks or X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
2. Use OpenIV and extract the dlclist.xml file from one of the following paths:
   X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
   or
   X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
3. Open the dlclist.xml file with Notepad and add the following new line:
   dlcpacks:/LSV/
4. Save the file and replace the original dlclist.xml with the modified one using OpenIV.
5. Launch the game and test the new car!
