Installation Steps:

1. Download the "Tiba 2 (Saipa)" mod file from the provided link.
2. Extract the downloaded file to a desired location on your computer.
3. Copy the extracted "tiba3fn" folder to your GTA V directory (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks).
4. Edit the "dlclist.xml" file located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. Add the following line: <Item>dlcpacks:/tiba3fn/</Item>
5. Save the changes and close the file.
6. Launch GTA V and use a trainer to spawn the vehicle by typing tiba3fn.
