Installation Steps:

1. Copy the 18X4 folder to:
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Open OpenIV and navigate to:
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Export the dlclist.xml file to your PC and open it with Notepad.
4. Add the following line within the <Paths> section:
   <Item>dlcpacks:\18X4\</Item>
5. Save and replace the modified dlclist.xml file back into the
   update.rpf archive using OpenIV.
6. Launch GTA V, open a trainer or use a car spawning menu, and type:
   18X4 to spawn the car.
