   \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Again, using OpenIV, navigate to:

   \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data

   and extract "dlclist.xml" to a folder of your choice.
3. Add the following line to the "dlclist.xml":

   dlcpacks:/a80/

4. Save the changes and copy the edited "dlclist.xml" back to:

   \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data

Spawn Name: a80 (only works with the latest licensed game version)
