2. Replace the files in "GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicle.rpf"

Add-On Method:
1. Place the "soctaviaban" folder in "GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
2. Navigate to "GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and edit "dlclist.xml" by adding the following line:
