Installation Instructions:
1. Extract the downloaded file and place the "jagtwr" folder in "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" using OpenIV.
2. Open the "dlclist.xml" file located in "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" using OpenIV, and add the following line after the last item: "< Item >dlcpacks:/jagtwr/< /Item >"
3. Save the file and close OpenIV.
4. Restart the game and spawn the vehicle using the name "jagtwr"
