Installation Steps:

1. Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Extract dlclist.xml and add the following line: dlcpacks:\jag220\
3. Navigate to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Create a folder named jag220 and add the included dlc.rpf file into this folder.

To spawn the car in the game, you can use the names "jag220" for the standard wheels and "jag220a" for the alternate rims.
