Export the "dlclist.xml" file from "GTAV \ mods \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data" to your desktop using OpenIV. Open the file with any text editor and add the following line to the end:

dlcpacks:\hiace\

Step 3:
Import the updated "dlclist.xml" file back to the "/update/update.rpf/common/data/" location using OpenIV.

Step 4:
Start the game and use a trainer to spawn the Toyota HiAce 2012 using the spawn name "hiace."
