Navigate to the "dlclist.xml" file at the following path - mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Open the file and add the following line:

< Item>dlcpacks:/560sec87/< /Item>

(Important note: Remove the extra spaces within the "< >" brackets when adding the line)

Step 3:

Save the modified "dlclist.xml" file and close OpenIV.

To spawn the vehicle in-game, use a trainer and enter the model name "560sec87".
