1. Place the "grinder" folder into the following directory: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Using OpenIV, navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Extract the file "dlclist.xml" and edit it with a text editor.
4. Add this line: dlcpacks:\grinder\
5. Replace the modified "dlclist.xml" back into the folder.

To spawn the vehicle in-game, use the spawn name: grinder
