Alternatively, use the add-on option by creating a new folder named "asdbx" in gta5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and adding the mod files to it. Then, edit your gta5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml file to include "dlcpacks:/asdbx/".
