The mod was converted by Sj Storm, and installation instructions are provided. To install, go to GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data, extract dlclist.xml, and add this line: dlcpacks:\sjbenzml\. Then go to GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and make a folder called sjbenzml. Add the included dlc.rpf file and spawn using the command "sjbenzml".
