3. Using OpenIV, export "dlclist.xml" from "/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop.
4. Open "dlclist.xml" with a text editor and add the following line to the end: dlcpacks:\camaro90\
5. Import the modified "dlclist.xml" back into the file path using OpenIV.
6. To spawn the car in the game, use a Trainer and type "camaro90" as the vehicle name.
