Installation Steps:

1. Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
2. Create a new folder called 430s and place the dlc.rpf file inside that folder.
3. Export dlclist.xml from mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ to your desktop using OpenIV.
4. Open the file with any text editor and add the following line to the end:

   dlcpacks:\430s\

5. Import dlclist.xml back to the same path using OpenIV.
6. Done! Use any trainer to spawn the car with the name 430s.
