2. Drag and drop the OIV file into OpenIV
3. Select install
4. Choose the "Mod" option

B- Add-On: Manual:

1. Extract "landcruser_fj45.rar"
2. Navigate to the "add-on" folder
3. Place the "landcruser_fj45" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
5. Edit "dlclist.xml"
6. Add the line: <Item>dlcpacks:\landcruser_fj45\</Item>
7. Save and exit "dlclist.xml"
8. Enjoy
