Installation Steps:

1. Copy the 'lcpdpct' folder to the file path: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
2. Open OpenIV, navigate to dlclist.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/, and add: < Item >dlcpacks:/lcpdpct/ < /Item >
