1. Open OpenIV.

2. Navigate to the following directory:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

If you use the OpenIV mod folder function, the location is:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\MODS\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

Step 2: Adding DLC Pack

1. Open dlclist.xml in Notepad.

2. Add the following line:
dlcpacks:\wey300\

3. Save and replace the dlclist.xml file.

Step 3: Exporting extratitleupdatedata.meta

1. With OpenIV still open, navigate to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta
