Installation Steps:

1. Navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" and create a new folder named "sti12". Place this "dlc.rpf" file inside that folder.
2. Export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" to your desktop using OpenIV.
3. Open the "dlclist.xml" file with any text editor and add the following line at the end:
   dlcpacks:/sti12/
4. Import the modified "dlclist.xml" back to its original location using OpenIV.
5. Finished. Use any in-game trainer to spawn the car with the name sti12.
