Installation Instructions:

Step 1: Drag and drop the "hk30" folder to mods/update/x64/dlcpack

Step 2: Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Step 3: Edit dlclist.meta and add the following line:

<Item>dlcpacks:/hk30/</Item>

Step 4: Use "hk30" to spawn the vehicle in the game.
