Installation Steps:

1. Go to /update/x64/dlcpacks/, create a new folder named czr1 and place the dlc.rpf file inside.
2. Export dlclist.xml from /update/update.rpf/common/data/ to your desktop using OpenIV.
3. Open the exported dlclist.xml file with a text editor, and add the following line to the end: dlcpacks:\czr1\.
4. Import the modified dlclist.xml file back to the original location using OpenIV.
5. Done! Use a Trainer to spawn the car with the name czr1 and enjoy your drive!
