Installation Steps:

1. Download the mod file and extract the contents.
2. Open your GTA 5 root directory.
3. Navigate to the 'mods' folder within your GTA 5 directory. If this folder does not exist, create it.
4. Copy the extracted 'dlc.rpf' file into the 'mods/update/x64/dlcpacks' directory.
5. Edit the 'dlclist.xml' file found in 'mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/'. Add the line: <Item>dlcpacks:/[mod folder name]/</Item> to the list.
6. Save and close the 'dlclist.xml' file.
7. Launch GTA 5 and use a trainer to spawn the new law enforcement vehicles.
