Installation Steps

For Single Player (Add-On):

1. Download the mod package and extract it.
2. Navigate to the GTA V folder and open the 'mods' directory. If it doesn't exist, create one.
3. Go to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Copy the extracted 'vxr16' folder into this path.
4. Edit the dlclist.xml file located in: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. Add the following line at the end:
<Item>dlcpacks:/vxr16/</Item>
5. Save the file and launch GTA V. Use a trainer to spawn the vehicle by typing: vxr16.

For FiveM:

1. Download the mod package and extract it.
2. Create a new folder named 'vxr16' and place the extracted files into it.
3. Add the 'vxr16' folder to your server's resource directory.
4. Edit your server.cfg file to include the line:
start vxr16
5. Restart your FiveM server. The vehicle can be spawned using the model name: vxr16.
