Installation Steps:

Step 1:

Navigate to "mods-update-x64-dlcpacks-" on your local game files. Create a new folder called "loweyezv" and place the "dlc.rpf" file inside that folder.

Step 2:

Using OpenIV, go to "mods-update-update.rpf-common/data-". Scroll down and open the "dlclist.xml" in text editor mode. Add the following line at the end:

dlcpacks:/loweyezv/

Step 3:

Click save.

Step 4:

Use any trainer to spawn the car with the spawn name loweyezv.
