3. Add this line to your dlclist.xml file: dlcpacks:/tulip4/

1. Ensure you have the latest version of GTA 5 and the Los Santos Drug Wars update installed.
2. Drop the files into the following directory: update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas3/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mpchristmas3.rpf
