How to Install:

1. Navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" and create a new folder called "hs2000". Place the "dlc.rpf" file inside that folder.
2. Export “dlclist.xml” from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop using OpenIV.
3. Open the file with any text editor and add the following line to the end:
   dlcpacks:\hs2000\
4. Import “dlclist.xml” back to the original path using OpenIV.
5. Done! Use any trainer to spawn the car using the spawn name: hs2000.
