Installing:

1. Copy the bmistralw16 folder to:

X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

For a non-mod folder setup, copy the bmistralw16 folder to:

X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Use OpenIV to extract X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml. Open it using Notepad and add the following line:

dlcpacks:/bmistralw16/

Save the changes and replace the original file using OpenIV.
