Installation Steps

1. Open OpenIV and navigate to the file path: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks, then copy the -rs4avant- folder into it.
2. In OpenIV, go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and add the following line to dlclist.xml: <Item>dlcpacks:/rs4avant/</Item>
3. Start the game and use the spawn name: rs4avant to get the car.
