Installation Steps:

1. Download the mod files.
2. Using OpenIV, go to GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and create a new folder named gemera21, then drag and drop the mod files inside this folder.
3. Navigate to GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data using OpenIV and locate the dlclist.xml file.
4. Edit the dlclist.xml file and add the line: <Item>dlcpacks:/gemera21/</Item>
5. Save the changes and start the game.
