Primeiramente, vá para o diretório: gta5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.

1. Crie uma nova pasta e nomeie-a como "golcl".
2. Arraste o arquivo dlc.rpf para essa pasta.
3. Vá para: gta5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data.
4. Edite o arquivo dlclist.xml adicionando a linha: dlcpacks:/golcl/.

Nome de spawn: golcl
