2020 Vapid Police Cruiser Utility

The 2020 Vapid Police Cruiser Utility, a police version of the 2020 Vapid Scout, features the highly anticipated square headlight design. This mod includes custom assets, a new nforce lightbar, and a .z3d dev asset, enabling you to create your own custom megapack.

Installation Steps:

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the mods folder.
3. Move the provided folder (dnscout) inside:
   mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
4. Locate 'dlclist.xml':
   mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Open the 'dlclist.xml' and add the following line at the bottom:
   dlcpacks:/dnscout/
6. Save your changes and close the file.

If done correctly, the mod should be ready to use.
