Installation Steps:

1. Navigate to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
2. Create a new folder named "240zfx" and drag the dlc.rpf file into this folder
3. Navigate to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
4. Edit dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:/240zfx/
