Installation Steps:

X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

Step 2:

Use OpenIV to extract the dlclist.xml file located at:

X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

Open the dlclist.xml file using Notepad and add a new line:

dlcpacks:\bmwx7m23\

Save the changes you made and replace the original dlclist.xml file using OpenIV.
