Installation Steps:

1. Step 1: Navigate to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks and drop the downloaded file into this folder.
2. Step 2: Access update\update.rpf\common\data\ and edit the dlclist.xml file.
3. Step 3: Add the following new line to the dlclist.xml file: <dlcpacks:\taco23\>
