Installation Steps

1. Place the "av11" folder into the dlcpacks directory following this path: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
2. Edit dlclist.xml located at Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml and add the line: dlcpacks:/av11/.
3. To spawn the car, use any trainer, such as Menyoo SP, and enter the name "av11".
